Asheville

The Asheville Brewing Company:

The ABC is a local micro-brewery specializing in hand-crafted delicious ales. Try the Shiva IPA, the flagship beer with a flowery nose and hoppy finish. Southern Appalachian Brewing:

Southern Appalachian Brewing is a local micro brewery based in downtown Hendersonville, about twenty miles south of Asheville. Their tasting rom is family friendly and friendly dog friendly. Heinzelmannchen:

Heinzelmannchen is a microbrewery in downtown Sylva, NC. German-born brewermaster Dieter Kuhn and his wife Sheryl Rudd are creating light and refreshing German beer made with wholesome grains, fresh hops, and no preservatives. The brewery doesn't have a pub on the premises, but you will find them on tap at several local restaurants in Sylva, Dillsboro, Franklin and Waynesville.
