Hendersonville Theatre presents the 70s Kids Solid Gold Tribute Band as it’s June Hometown Sound concert. Get ready to boogie back in time with the 70’s Kids, the high-energy, power-packed six-piece dance band that brings the iconic music of the 1970s to life! Specializing in disco, pop, rock, and yacht rock, they deliver an authentic 70s experience, complete with vibrant costumes, fun props, and an electrifying stage show that will have you dancing in the aisles all night long.

The Glenn Miller Orchestra — POSTPONED, NEW DATE
UPDATE: The Glenn Miller Orchestra performance previously scheduled for October 30, 2024 is rescheduled for August 6, 2025. Tickets already purchased will automatically be transferred to the new date.

“In The Mood” for swing music? The most popular and sought after big band of all time returns to Asheville at the Wortham Center for the Performing Arts for one night only! On October 30, The World-Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra will perform their greatest hits, including “In The Mood”, “Chattanooga Choo Choo”, “American Patrol”, “A String Of Pearls”, “Little Brown Jug”, “Pennsylvania 6-5000”, “Tuxedo Junction”, and of course their theme song “Moonlight Serenade” as they continue their national tour.
The 17 member orchestra, their lead singers and vocal group will perform their catalog of big band classics just the way they would have over 80 years ago when Glenn Miller stood in front of his band. It is a show that continues to transport audiences back in time and is as nostalgic as it is exciting.
Touring continuously since 1956, The Glenn Miller Orchestra is featured in over 200 concerts and dances per year. Each performance includes the timeless classics that made them famous the world over in a show that has moved audiences for generations.
Join us at Olivette’s Riverside Park on Saturday August 23rd for a very special benefit show in support of ASAP’s Double SNAP for Fruits and Vegetables program. HarvestFest is a celebration of local farmers, community and music. Doors open at 3pm with family games and activities and live music.
In honor of our local farmers and all they do to sustain our community, all farmers and their families will have free entry to the event. All ticket proceeds will go towards the ASAP Double SNAP for Fruits and Vegetables program.

Hendersonville Theatre welcomes Leon Timbo & the Family Band as August’s intimate HT’s Hometown Sound Music Series concert! For country-soul singer-songwriter Leon Timbo, music is used as a form of growth and healing. Timbo’s country sound incorporates equal measures of vintage soul, gospel, folk, R&B, and even modern blues making for a unique experience that some have described as “transparent soul.”

Hendersonville Theatre welcomes Blair Crimmins & The Hooker as September’s intimate HT’s Hometown Sound Music Series concert! Blair Crimmins & The Hookers bring the magic of 1920s ragtime and Dixieland jazz to life with a touch of rock and roll.
Starting his music career in Atlanta, Georgia, Crimmins set out with a mission: to introduce the sounds of classic American jazz to new audiences. Playing small rock clubs around the Southeast, he developed a style that is deeply rooted in the past yet undeniably contemporary. Today, the band’s electrifying performances have captivated audiences across the U.S. and abroad, including tours in Italy and festival stages alongside renowned acts like Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Old Crow Medicine Show.

The Blues Is Alright Tour comes to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena with the 7th Annual Greenville Blues Festival on Saturday, October 4 at 7:00 p.m. The Blues is musical storytelling filled with stark emotion and a revolving reality check.
