…at the beautiful Pack Square Park…
…with the good-hearted people of StarTribe,
…all together, generates an unrivaled magic…
…a magic that does something amazing for the mind, body, and soul.
So get ready, Asheville!
-> Essentials for Friday, August 23:
– Doors open to the Pack Square Amphitheater at 5:45pm. Come early to secure your entry and connect with your Tribe. Rumor is, there may even be free face painting for early arrivals… Along with other treats…but we don’t wanna blow all the surprises!
– StarTribe is booze, drug, and smoke free. It’s unanimous, bars are raised when it comes to getting high on life at StarTribe dances.
– Bring your own water, and prepare to sweat. Yes, we’ll do our best to provide extra water for those who show up merely with a diet soda in hand!..but please don’t bank on it. Power-up goodies such as cacao and superfood bars will be available, too.
– Parents of young StarTribers: For children seven and under, please bring sound protective ear muffs that fully cover their ears. While the volume of the twenty speaker sound system is capped at 100 decibels, children’s ears are much more sensitive than yours, and it is a priority of StarTribe to protect their hearing. And please keep your children with you at all times – for the safety of our fledgling StarTribers! Attendance is free for children twelve and under.
– StarTribe Dances sell out; so get your tickets early to secure your entry!
AN-TEN-NAE
An-Ten-Nae, a name synonymous with the very pulse of the West Coast’s vibrant electronic music scene, has long been an instrumental figure in shaping its unique soundscape. From his tenure as Music Director at San Francisco’s revered 1015 Folsom to his past role as Creative Director for Portland’s trailblazing venue The North Warehouse, his influence is far-reaching and undeniable.
