About The C.A.P.O. Center
The C.A.P.O. (Community, Arts, Programming & Outreach) Center at Jail Guitar Doors is located at 7944-7946 West 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA 90048 in Los Angeles’ historic Fairfax District. It offers creative alternatives and rehabilitative arts programs to vulnerable, under-resourced populations through music and arts education and activities.
