Western North Carolina Air Museum hosts its annual Air Fair on June 6th and 7th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Admission and parking are free!
There will be an open house with memorabilia and artifacts on display. There will also be flybys with antique aircraft on display.
The event will be held at 1340 E Gilbert St., Hendersonville, NC.
The Western North Carolina Air Museum is the first air museum in the state of North Carolina, known as the “First in Flight” state. The museum features award-winning restored and replica antique and vintage airplanes. In addition to the historic aircraft, the Museum displays aviation artifacts such as: manuals, photographs of historic airplanes and pilots, and models of historic airplanes. The Museum is dedicated to preserving and promoting general aviation and the flying heritage of the Western North Carolina Mountains region.
